Brian Williams, anchor of NBC News, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Congressional Medal of Honor of the Company. Last year was to be the master of ceremonies for a dinner attended by, and honor, more than 100 beneficiaries of the life of the Ministry of Health. Williams announced the beginning of the meal had to leave because he had pressing business in New York. What was the business press? A commitment to family, a great news story, an emergency? Williams had a minute of CAMEO on "Saturday Night Live"! Is this the example to set for others? Is this how to treat these 100 men who risked their lives for love of country? Can anyone provide a reasonable excuse for an appearance on Saturday Night Live is more important that the Medal of Honor?
