Sports Fan Incidents

Is there a fine for inciting the crowd?
I know it's old news, but what about the beer incident in February due to problems the past, some other sports have severe penalties for players who incite the crowd as in the February game against the dogs. The fan in question puppies is ultimately responsible for their own behavior, of course, but there is no escaping the fact that he started in February. Certainly the behavior of the players should be treated more harshly? (FWIW, I think it is ridiculous that the man was arrested, spent two nights in jail and had to go to court – all to pay a bit of beer someone! Pull it out, okay, but was stopped? What a joke.) NOTE: This is not whether or not players are "untouchable" is a go to players with people in the crowd.
Yair, there should be a penalty. They should be arrested, spend two nights in jail and then go to court. Yair, this is what should happen them.
