What are the rules for the creation of art that contains personal information for sports cars (like Disney)?
I can create and hidden art and design customers want to buy certain items as equipment for or Disney characters. I do not know if I can include these elements or themes.
The design "hidden" aspect is what makes this more difficult question to answer. Of course, if your drawings contain reconize Disney and other images with rights copyright, you could be in action for copyright infringement. The same with the rights Copyright Logo Pro, college, and many other sporting organizations. In general, if you change an image on a large enough degree, then you might be safe from prosecution. But if you change a fairly large extent, the image may not be recognizable, and defeat the purpose of the client's request to use the images. This is how I see it. (And, please understand that I do not offer legal advice legitimate just a personal opinion) If the design is such that the target image is not immediately obvious, but it seems that after a certain level of concentration and observation and at one point, the observer finally "sees" a clearly recognizable image, such as Mickey Mouse, who could be guilty of copyright violation. As a professional graphic designer, is something I would like to avoid. unlicensed use of these images would be exposed to costly lawsuits.
