I twisted my ankle in September 2007 and his healed quite well, but still I have some lingering pain when I do things with your foot … Example certian (When I jump up and down on the injured foot) .. Now I'm not a professional athlete and I Full range of motion, so i havnt really thought surgery.But I play lots of sports, so I want to know if a home physical therapy exercises I can do to strengthen the injury ankle ….
