Ice hockey leagues?
How many different hockey leagues are? Pro, Amateur etc. What would I pay at all levels as well? (Players, coaches, managers, owners)
There are hundreds of thousands of leagues around the world. The base coaches levels become unable to pay. Do because they like it. I'm not sure what the payment is otherwise. Here is a link that provides an overview of hockey in general.
