U.S. Soccer will never be more than just a sport for spoiled children cannot commuter?
I'm not Dissing Football, indeed, I played a lot of soccer as a child, for pleasure, not a league, and school children who had played me young professional leagues, and they were old enough to hit the ball without bending over, despite my complete lack several years of rigorous training, conditioning, training and practice as they had done. I think Pro Baseball, Basketball, Football and Hockey popularity is no space left in our culture for a fifth major sport, despite the people who keep exaggerating the football as the next big thing. You know a few years ago was the Arena Football League next big thing and we all know how playing. I meant Private leagues and organizations that children play soccer when they are young, you know how it is Little League Junior Baseball.
Football has its merits. It can never be a great game, as in Europe or failure in the first four, but the sport is here to stay. So people still play football and fun to do, not going anywhere. As far as professional football goes, the MLS is quite successful, while well regarded and more and more players U.S. born play in Europe. His statement in which they educated the children in the youth leagues of pro is very suspicious because there are no youth leagues, but what ever.
