Pro Baseball Talk

Referee Trivia: Can you name three differences between the rules and Pro High School.?
There are two basic types of rules for playing baseball. Pro rules, often called the Official Baseball Rules (OBR) are the norm. However, the high school teams play under school rules Federation (EDF). Can you name at least three differences between the two. Ignoring the security and administrative standards, such as substitutions, and slide or avoid rule. I can talk about game situations when the correct decision by the referee would be different in the two sets of rules. This is just meant to be a fun contest.
1. In professional baseball, the ball is not necessarily dead on a balk. If the batter and all runners before at least one base on the play, or a runner advances in detector angle after a balk errant shots, the ball remains alive. In high school ball, the ball died on the spot on a balk. 2. In professional baseball, there are two types of obstruction. One of the results in a "delayed dead ball" while the other results in a dead ball immediately. In high school ball is always delayed dead ball when the obstruction occurs. 3. In professional baseball, the hitter is not hitting the ball to home plate to hit the feet, unless the entire foot is mass outside the box. In high school ball, where part of the pulp of the foot is in contact with the plate when the batter hits the ball was released. 4. In baseball professional hitter strike was withdrawn after it leaves the dirt area around home plate after a third strike not caught on that the first eligibility place. In high school ball, the mass was not until entering the booth area or a bank. 5. In professional baseball, the pitcher can be defined with the glove anywhere. In high school ball, the glove should be equal to or below the chin when the marker is placed. 6. In professional baseball, the pitcher can make a detector angle throw everything in the position of the coil. At Ball High School, as a jet would result in a balk. 7. In professional baseball, the pitcher will stop anyone in tune with the base and not because the pulp of the batter's box is nothing. In high school ball, it is considered illegal and a "ball" is added to the account. 8. In professional baseball, there is no penalty for taking samples from the launcher receiver while off the rubber. Ball In high school, is a balk. 9. In professional baseball, a point of failure can be taken only by the recipient. In high school ball, a point of failure can be caught by a fielder. 10. In professional baseball, the pitcher can throw the gauntlet the ball stuck on it, the first player to remove the batter-runner. In high school ball, the ball is dead and all runners get two times the height of the bases. 11. In professional baseball, a fielder can catch the ball and run out of the game, and even make a shot from outside the field. In high school ball, runners receive a base of the field completely left fielder. There's more.
