Who controls the performance of NFL referees?
Today (11/29) I watched all or part of the four games of the NFL and was witness some of the worst referees I've ever seen. Two games, Colts / Texans and Redskins / Eagles were determined perhaps by bad calls by referees. Referees never rebuked for poor calls by the NFL?
The arbitration of the crew goes back and reviews films for each game, like NFL teams, monitor their own performance and try to make changes. serious driving errors can be a rebuke to the discretion Goodell, but I can not think for a moment that the facts
