Nfl Leadership Book
Question from Joe Montana, quarterback legend?
In my leadership manual, it says that Joe Montana has created a great example of leadership when he took the blame for a problem, while in his NFL career. But the book does not specify what that issue was. Is there anyone on this site that has become familiar with what happened? Thanks! Unfortunately, there was a phrase that regard. "A willingness to take responsibility (as defined quarterback Joe legendary football Montana). "(DuBrin, AJ, Leadership: Research findings, practice and Skills, 5th edition, 2006, p. 3).
There was an incident participation in the locker room of a journalist. took the blame because he was supposed to be the leader of this team, and everything fell on his shoulders for not having his team under the control of this type of situation.
