Miami football tickets are always difficult to find, and because the Hurricanes have been one of the most dominant college football in the country over the past 20-25 years. Few teams can match the fabulous style of play, intensity and pure intimidation as the Canes' take the field every time out. More than one opponent, in effect lost the game before you start by the aura Miami.
However, this aura is on a downward cycle, and the piranhas are starting to turn their appetite for their coach under siege. Larry Coker has done almost nothing but win since taking over for Butch Davis, and fans, students, alumni and reminders are beginning to seek its overthrow, now that the team has had a bad start and is outside the Top 25 for the first time in years.
There are several reasons, therefore, that all the time "great" jobs of college football out there, Miami is the worst of the lot. Nobody is going to Miami and set for life, as is the case with programs such as Notre Dame, USC and Nebraska, If a winning tradition is established. There are several reasons for this reality, and we hope then.
Expectations
No school, even Notre Dame, puts the same level of confidence in his football team not Miami. The Hurricanes have won five national championships, and, most importantly, a year that has not ended with another national championship trophy as a failure. This reputation is not usually rub on the car, which Said Johnson, Davis, Erickson and now Coker are generally not considered popular figures. It has always been an "us against the world" mentality in Coral Gables and that when the Hurricane fan base itself around in the car, he has nowhere to go for help.
So Johnson, Erickson and Davis all left after to establish a winning tradition, and no coach has been in Miami for more than six seasons.
