New Nfl Rules

NFL new rules on heads or tails?
I understand that the rule change is that teams can now rely on receiving the ball at halftime. but this is not the same as before? because under the old rule, if Team A wins the currency of payment and opted to hit the ball early in the game, the team will then receive the ball early in the third. By adding an option to postpone making a difference? not kicking the ball at the beginning of the game, the same as the option to defer the receipt of the ball at the beginning of the third?
If the old rule was as a football school, if you decide to do something in the first half (or a shot to receive) the other team has to choose the latter. Therefore, if you choose to kick in the first alternate for the team will most likely choose to receive secocnd and you kick blocked twice.
