A new NFL rules this happening is that Coaches are now allowed to see the second semester whether or not to make and receive …. What is the point? Then, from the first half? Does the other team has the option? They naturally do not have the ball knowing that if not going to take the other team in the second half? In essence, the same as deciding when the winning run the lottery? Or is this way, the choice of the wind and when you want the ball? I think you were always wants the ball in the second half ….
