Myths of NFL Cheerleaders Unravelled
Therefore, there are tons of cheerleaders out there dancing on the floor and never bother to know. All we do dancing is just look, think "oh they dance good, look good, typical cheerleaders' and do without a thought about what is really happening behind the scenes from a cheerleader in the NFL. Well, I'm here to tell you that there is much more than meets the eye. All these movies I've seen "Bring it On" and programs television showed a group of drama queens and cheerleaders were wrong.
Myth # 1 – It is easy to be a leader of the NFL.
Um. No, no way it is easy to be a leader. So goes the audience, you're lucky to make even the first team. Hundreds of girls and you should try to be at the top of the 3% do on the computer, no joke. They dance good, look good, highly energetic, enthusiastic and has a great personality above all else. After entering the computer, takes hours of practice almost every day to get the dance routines NFL down. But it gets worse when dancing in the cold, especially in northern states (some NFL teams use it as an excuse for not having a team of women leaders slapped if not all NFL teams have a cheerleading squad). Outside of dance, also standing for charity events, make appearances, do photo shoots, and even travel abroad to see our own U.S. troops to keep their morale high. Who said being a leader, obviously, was not easy to see one at work.
Myth: NFL Cheerleaders chance to meet football stars and date
Of course no. NFL cheerleaders are not allowed to "fraternize" with the players. That means no flirting is personal relationships, not personal "friendship" or anything that might imply a relationship outside the professional sphere of the NFL. Yes, you can interact a bit for charity events and appearances, but in general you would be more likely to meet the stars of football as a janitor cleaning out your closets or be a sort of groupie. Cheerleaders out with people like Tom Brady and Randy Moss? Forget it.
NFL Cheerleaders Myth The rack in the fame and fortune
How many paid cheerleaders in the NFL? The answer to this question is $ 15 to $ 50 per game. Heck there are times when they are not paid at all. They should inform the guest appearance, photo shoots, shows U.S. troops abroad and this is most likely not pay. Do not feel too bad for them. Some were cheerleaders and discover many opportunities that await them because of their condition elite of the NFL cheerleaders. Teri Hatcher of Desperate Housewives is a San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush Cheerleader times and see where it is now. Make $ 285,000 an episode and multiplies 10 + episodes per season. Now who wants to be a NFL cheerleader?
Myth: NFL Cheerleaders are stupid and act like valley girls
Yes, NFL cheerleaders are hot, but who says you can not combine beauty with intelligence? People tend to associate with cheerleaders girls will go dizzy Valley commercial and being drama queens. It is not about cheerleading in high school more than one thing. Another thing is that these cheerleaders must be mature and intelligent as they respond to the media. After all, are an important aspect of the team's public image.
NFL cheerleaders deserve a better reputation. Of course there are some black sheep there, but overall NFL cheerleaders are girls so its best to perform for us. The least we can do is be thanks. Remember, they also contribute to the community in various charity events to help local and national level. Let's show our support to them and give them credit they deserve.
